Turf War Between Rival Cartels in Guerrero Sees No End

The violence unleashed in the state of Guerrero attributed to the dispute of territory between the rival cartels of Los Zetas and the Gulf Cartel sees no end.

Yesterday morning local authorities discovered the remains of 4 men, one in Chilpancingo, Guerrero and the other in the Acapulco harbor. In the first case, the victims were two Ministerial Police officers who were paroling the north end of the city. Their names were Prediz Luna Simon and Cristobal Luna Garcia. The dismembered bodies were introduced in two black plastic bags and then were abandoned outside the Ministerial Police's headquarters. The bodies of the other two victims were left outside the sub-director of Traffic Police's house located in the Acapulco harbor.

Taped to the bags containing the bodies, police found two messages with threats directed to the Director of the Ministerial Police for that state claiming that he had "betrayed the enterprise" (Drug Cartels sometimes refer to themselves as 'drug enterprises, organized crime enterprises, or simply enterprises.)

One of the messages read as follows: "Ministerial Director, it doesn't matter how much you protect or guard yourself, you son of a bitch, we're still going to fuck you up. And all the fucking people that work for you are next. Sincerely, THE ENTERPRISE"

The second message read: "This is going to happen to all the fucking traitors, greetings Ministerial Director, you're next... Sincerely, THE ENTERPRISE"
